I don’t know why I thought this show had the potential to be slightly interesting or entertaining? Something about the prissy city girl culture clashing with the simple hardworking ways of the country, and girls being pit against each other seemed like it could make for a couple of good television moments but as I sat and watched, nothing ever happened. The entire show was corny and cliché and some of the girls weren’t even 7’s.

The farmer on the show, Matt, is the typical kind of guy you’d expect to see on a show like this or The Bachelor. He doesn’t have too much to offer in the brains department but he’s good looking and has a perfectly Bowflexed body, no homo (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=no+homo). I’m sure there are some farmers like this but I doubt they all look like Tom Brady in his Stetson ads. If I were the creator of this show I would have brought in 10 smoking hot chicks and would have had a farmer that looked something like the dude below. That would have made for some good TV.

There was one highlight last night and that was during the chicken chasing challenge. One of the girls was terrified of chickens and thought they would peck her eyes out. Why are women so dumb sometimes? Anyways, check out the airhead freaking out over poultry in the clip below.
